No. You only have to register once – either on the webshop or in the app.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to access our online store without an Internet connection. 

You can change your password by clicking on More / Profile / User Data.

Please make sure you’re attempting to log in with the email address and password you used to register with us. You may need to reset your password, or you might have to complete the registration process by clicking on the link in the verification email. Just follow the instructions shown in the app window. 

The app needs to access your camera to enable the use of the integrated product scanner. Scanning a bar code will give you more information about the product, and you can even add the item to your shopping basket.
