Sales, Returns and Warranty Policy

Dear customers, we welcome you to Jeddah Duty Free, a brand from JAH Arabia International. This document sets forth our sales and returns policies to ensure a transparent and orderly shopping experience for you. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

SALES POLICY

Eligibility for Purchase: Only international passengers with a valid boarding pass and passport may purchase duty-free goods.

Customs Compliance: Passengers are responsible for obeying customs allowances in transit and destination countries. JAH Arabia International accepts no liability for passengers exceeding customs allowances.

Purchase Restrictions: JAH Arabia International retains the right to restrict purchases on designated items or product groups.

Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods and currencies are communicated at cash service desks.

Age Restrictions: Tobacco or nicotine products, including electronic cigarettes and vapes, may only be purchased by passengers over 18 years of age.

Pricing and Promotions: Prices and promotional offers are subject to change and are at the discretion of JAH Arabia International.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted only within the airport. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the passenger has exited the Duty Free area or traveled. The original receipt must be presented, and all items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used. Tobacco items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Electronics may be returned or exchanged only for a confirmed manufacturing defect, after inspection by the direct supervisor or management, and subject to their approval. Items purchased under promotions or discounts may be non-returnable.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method. Cash refunds are processed as cash, and card refunds are processed to the same card and may take several working days. Cash refunds may be processed only in the event of a card refund system failure.
 

WARRANTY POLICY

All products are generally covered by an international warranty from the supplier, which is applicable in your country. For exceptions to this rule, please direct claims to our customer service at customerservice@dutyfree-jeddah.com . Claims will be accepted within one (1) year from the date of purchase for individual review.
