The dried, organically grown coconut from Sri Lanka is mixed with puffed rice, rice syrup and poured into a disc shape mould and toasted. Then we enrobe it with two layers, first with dark chocolate then raspberry couverture and we finish it by rolling them into a pile of coconut shavings.
